Yates Construction provided preconstruction and construction services on the Aviation Brigade Barracks. This design-build project consists of 192 two-bedroom, one bath apartments that house up to 384 soldiers. Each facility also includes a lobby, vending area, mail room, storage closets, common areas, self-service laundry rooms, utility areas, four stairwells, and exterior boot wash stations. This project functions as an Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing and is similar to housing in the private sector community both functionally and technically. These barracks were built to meet the anti-terrorism and force protection standards.
