Yates Construction provided construction services Bok Homa Casino. The project consisted of a one-story facility as well as a receiving area and entrance vestibule for a total of 27,880 SF. In addition, a porte cochere is located at the front of the casino for drive thru pick-up and drop-off for vehicle traffic. The rear of the building is used for the receiving area and for the mechanical and electrical equipment area for the facility. Surface parking included approximately four hundred spaces. Sidewalks were installed at the front and sides of the facility for public access along with an area at the handicap parking area. Landscaping was included at the front and sides of the building. The property has its own wastewater and sewer treatment facilities onsite and also has an emergency generator in the event of a power outage.
