Yates Construction provided construction services for the Fallen Oak Golf Course project. Fallen Oak’s par-72 layout course stretches over 7,500 yards that meet its 12,000 SF clubhouse and was designed by Tom Fazio of Fazio Golf Course Designers, Incorporated. The expansive clubhouse includes a pro shop, locker facilities, lounge, and restaurant. The course itself rolls over lush landscape covered in oak and pine ridges, magnolia and pecan groves, lakes,  streams, and marshes.  The 600 acre property, owned by Mirage Resorts, is located just north of Biloxi.
