Yates Construction provided construction services for Marbella Condominiums. This 365,115 SF project consists of two-nine story towers with a total of 69 units. Marbella captures the luxury and beauty of Addison Mizner’s Mediterranean Revival style with its barrel tiled roofs, wrought-iron fixtures, mosaic accent tiles, arbors flowing with vines of jasmine, arched windows and doorways, heavy wooden doors, and rough, textured stucco walls. Greenbelt areas and natural buffering were placed to preserve the natural landscape. Other property features include boardwalks for convenient access to the harbor, private security access to underground parking, an owner’s club room with large terrace, a heated signature pool with spa and cabana, and an equipped fitness center.
