Yates Construction provided design-build services for the Outlets of Mississippi. This open-air retail village features approximately 80 designer and name-brand outlet stores as well as five restaurants and a food court. Stores include Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Michael Kors, Coach Factory and Coach Men’s Factory, Gap Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, J Crew, and Nike Factory Store. This fast track project was completed in just eight months and included the placement of over 300,000 CY of dirt, 173,770 SF of tilt-up panels, and 563 tons of structural steel.
