Yates Construction provided construction services for the PACCAR Engine Manufacturing Plant. This 623,000 SF project consists of a manufacturing building, office and administration building, and cafeteria. This leading-edge facility, situated on a 400-acre site, enhances PACCAR’s integration of technology in design, engineering, and manufacturing. The plant manufactures 12.9 and 9.2 liter diesel engines for Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF vehicles. It is the most technologically advanced and environmentally friendly commercial vehicle diesel engine facility in North America.
