Yates Construction provided design-build services for Package 4A at the NCBC Base in Gulfport, Mississippi. Involving the concurrent construction of multiple facilities and roadway, Gulfport Package 4A is a campus setting project that includes a fitness center, bachelor enlisted quarters, Navy exchange, command and control facility, training hall, building 365, outdoor pool areas, and a consolidated security complex which holds a fire station and a security building. This project includes sustainable features and was constructed with exterior brick veneer, reinforced concrete (CMU) walls, structural steel beams, concrete floors, and standing seam metal roof.  Package 4A is ADA compliant and meets anti-terrorism/force protection standards.
