Yates Construction provided construction management services for the Popps Ferry Area Road Improvements. This project included the widening of a three-mile section of a two-lane open ditch roadway to three and five lanes with curbs and gutters using road base, asphalt, and concrete paving. The project also included installing new water and sewer utilities, sidewalks and driveways for area residents, and adding standard LED traffic lights.
