LEED Certified Facilities
YATES is following its commitment to expand its knowledge base of sustainable building practices by incorporating LEEDŽ-Accredited Professionals in each regional office. Currently, Yates has over 60 LEED AP's. Providing these professionals with continuous education and training by our newly established Sustainable Services Department, our goal is to have in-house sustainable/LEED experts participate early in the preconstruction phase to help minimize the ecological footprint of the project, as well as significantly improve the energy efficiency, resulting in dramatically lower utility costs. The primary function of our Sustainable Services Department is to manage clients' LEED Design and Construction process, and ensure the highest level of certification for the least cost and optimum life cycle performance.
YATES is an active United States Green Building Council member and has constructed or is currently involved with the following projects that are pursuing LEED Certification:
