Yates Construction and our joint venture partner provided construction management services for The Water Club project, a hotel which offers a unique personality steps away from the entertainment, nightlife, and dining of The Borgata Hotel, Casino, and Spa. The 43-story Water Club features 800 guestrooms and suites, 18,000 SF of meeting and event space, chic residences modeled after urban lofts, five heated indoor and outdoor pools, Immersion – a two-story spa on the 32nd floor, and six retail shops including La Perla, Hugo Boss, Just Cavali, and Hearts on Fire. The hotel offers direct access to its parent building, and its final debut will complete The Borgata’s master plan development, allowing even more guests to experience the luxe lifestyle that defines The Borgata.
