Yates Construction to host a TPCO Phase Two Pipe Rolling and Finishing Mill Subcontractor/Supplier Fair
TPCO America selected Yates Construction for its Phase Two Pipe Rolling and Finishing Mill located on more than 300 acres east of Gregory, Texas, across U.S. 181 from Port Corpus Christi’s La Quinta Trade Gateway site in San Patricio County. Ultimately, this $1.1 billion steel processing plant will encompass 1.6 million square feet and represents the largest single investment by China in a United States manufacturing facility, as well as a brand new industry in South Texas. In the first 10 years alone, the economic impact to the Coastal Bend is estimated at $3 billion.
