We Make It Possible
DATABANK DFW10 DATA CENTER
DataBank Holdings, LTD
Developing Databank’s dfw10 data center
Yates Construction is partnering with DataBank to deliver the DFW10 data center, a cutting-edge two-story, 425,000 sq ft facility featuring 200,000 sq ft of raised floor and a 60-megawatt critical IT load. Beyond its impressive scale, DFW10 features DataBank’s Universal Data Hall Design and will be HPC-ready with servers supporting liquid-to-chip cooling.

Accelerated Schedule
The Databank DFW10 Data Center is using a series of innovative strategies to accelerate the schedule. The team prioritized concurrent construction of the chiller yard and slab-on-grade, minimizing crane conflicts and maximizing resource utilization. Early implementation of temporary dry-in immediately after the peel-and-stick installation allowed interior work to begin 30 days earlier, while optimized sequencing of steel and concrete work shaved off an additional 30 days. Proactive procurement of OFCI equipment further streamlined the schedule. These strategies gave the project a 7-month schedule advantage over competitors.
