About Norfolk Casino

Yates and our joint venture partner are providing preconstruction and construction services for the Norfolk Casino in Norfolk, Virginia. The project scope includes 290,000 SF of gaming space, an eleven-story, 200-key hotel, and a seven-story parking garage with 1,280 parking spaces. The facility will also include a 7,200 SF transition gaming facility, multiple restaurants and bars, a modern-day sportsbook bar and lounge, a high-limit gaming area, an elevated pool deck, a spa and fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces.
