Yates’ Summer Internship Applications are now open! We are recruiting high-achieving students with a passion for the construction industry. Our internship program provides a comprehensive and hands-on experience. Interns work alongside industry experts on active projects and come together for a multi-day retreat featuring team-building activities, insights from our subject matter experts, and networking opportunities with Yates leadership.

Summer Internship Program Dates:

May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Intern Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability
• Goal-driven and able to meet deadlines
• Eager to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management.
