Yates provided construction services for the 25-story apartment and retail tower, which includes 380 residential units, four retail fronts, a 150-space parking garage, a dog park, an amenities deck, a fitness center, a sports lounge, a library, meeting rooms, and a swimming pool.

Hilton Canopy and Homewood Suites

Yates Construction is providing preconstruction and construction services for the Hilton Canopy and Homewood Suites. The 325,000 SF dual-brand project replaces the former Yazoo Brewery. The project will include two 11-story towers with a single-level and below-grade valet parking garage. The hotel will feature 334 guestrooms, 2,500 SF of retail, two bars, a cafe, and an outdoor terrace.

19th and Church Street

Yates Construction is providing preconstruction and construction for the 19th & Church Street project. At completion, the residential building will feature 16 stories, five floors of parking, and 383 units. It will also feature a pool, fitness area, music room, outdoor grill stations, and a sky lounge.

Society Nashville

Yates Construction is providing preconstruction and construction services for the Society Nashville project. The project will feature a 17-story residential tower with 502 residential units. The building will have a parking garage and include 82,000 SF of retail space. Amenity areas include a pool, fitness center, coworking area, and sky deck.
