Yates Construction provided construction services for the One Water Place project. This project included three-16 story,162-unit towers. The mutli-unit residential facilities feature granite counter tops, professional grade appliances, stone, tile, and hardwood flooring. Property amenities include a health club with spa treatment rooms, a large clubroom with banquet kitchen, a billiards room with lounge, an outdoor patio with stone fireplace, a bi-level pool with a waterfall and heated outdoor lap pool. A pet park, potting room for gardeners, and workshop were additionally constructed to enhance resident experience.
