DataBank DFW10 Data Center

Yates is providing preconstruction and construction services for DataBank's DFW10 Data Center. The project includes a two-story, 425,000 SF data center with ten fully built-out data halls, mechanical galleries, and UPS rooms. This facility will have 200,000 SF of raised access floor and a critical IT load of 60 megawatts. The project will feature DataBank's Universal Data Hall Design and will be HPC-ready with servers supporting liquid-to-chip cooling.
