Hilton Canopy & Homewood Suites

Yates Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for the Hilton Canopy and Homewood Suites. Located at the former Yazoo Brewery location, the 325,000 SF dual-brand project features two 11-story towers with a single-level, below-grade valet parking garage. The hotel will feature 334 guest rooms, 2,500 SF of retail space, two bars, a cafe, and an outdoor terrace.
