Through a multi-year maintenance agreement, Yates provides ongoing maintenance and capital improvement projects at two JEA facilities. The scope of work encompasses civil, structural, and mechanical work, including shutdowns, boiler maintenance, and repairs. In addition to our maintenance agreement, Yates performs large capital construction projects for JEA. An example of one such project was a limestone storage facility, which included the installation of foundations, a 300-foot x 90-foot x 90-foot limestone stockpile cover with conveyor systems connecting to a ship unloading facility, area lighting, and instrumentation.
