Outlets of Mississippi Sitework

Yates provided construction services for The Outlets of Mississippi, a 350,000 SF open-air retail village showcasing over 80 designer and name-brand outlet stores. Site work for this project included 27 acres of clearing and grubbing and excavation of 30,000 yd3 of unsuitable soil, 426,833 yd3 of earthwork, and 17,100 LF of storm drainage. Yates provided on-site soil testing of compacted soils to required densities. The project scope also involved installing 47,367 LF of stormwater, water, sanitary, and utility system piping, 625,704 SF of heavy and light-duty asphalt paving, and 14.5 acres of heavy and light-duty concrete paving.
