NAVFAC Southeast

Yates Construction provided design-build services for Package 4A at the NCBC Base in Gulfport, Mississippi. Involving the concurrent construction of multiple facilities and roadways, Package 4A is a campus-setting project that includes a fitness center, bachelor enlisted quarters, Navy exchange, command and control facility, training hall, outdoor pool areas, and a consolidated security complex that holds a fire station and a security building. This project includes sustainable features, is ADA-compliant, and meets anti-terrorism/force protection standards.
