Yates Construction provided construction services on the new Virgin Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Located in the heart of Music City’s famed Music Row at One Music Square West, this full-service four-star lifestyle hotel, owned by Sir Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group, was developed with an environmentally thoughtful focus. The 15-floor hotel features 260 guest rooms (known as “studios”), 200 parking stalls in a 2-level below-grade parking garage, meeting space, fitness center, restaurants, a rooftop pool, a cutting edge recording studio, and a live music venue.

The hotel also features The Commons Club. The Commons Club serves as a gathering space for the Music Row neighborhood sporting an indoor/outdoor bar with magnificent views of downtown Nashville. Guests can also enjoy a separate rooftop lounge and pool with in-water seating and a dramatic zero-edge looking west toward the Vanderbilt University campus.
