Yates and their Mentor Protégé Partner have been Selected to Participate in the $240 Million NAVFAC Southeast IDIQ/MACC for South Carolina and Georgia

San Antonio, TX – August 21, 2013, Yates Construction and our mentor protégé partner have been awarded a Small Business (SB), Design-Build, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast (SE) Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The mentor protégé joint venture is one of six SB firms selected to compete for task orders under this $240,000,000 contract over a 36-month period. Construction projects will primarily consist of general building-type projects (new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work) including industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training, dormitory, and community support facilities for DoD activities in the South Carolina and Georgia areas managed by NAVFAC SE AOR.
