Yates Construction and our joint venture partner provided construction services for a Confidential Battery Manufacturing Plant in Holland, Michigan. The project includes expanding an existing electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility. The project comprises a main workshop building, auxiliary buildings, a warehouse, and site improvements. The overall land development area is approximately 75 acres within the existing site boundaries, encompassing parking, detention ponds, roads, and utility support.
