Yates Construction provided construction services for Azure Condominiums. This 297,000 SF luxurious resort includes 135 residential units, two swimming pools and spas, lobby, clubroom, fitness room, and two-five level parking garages. The main driveway leads to the piazza circular entry, comprised of a Caesar-stone pattern of two distinct shades of concrete poured into a sundial configuration around the fountain. The developer chose to use tunnel form construction for this cast-in-place structure. Special tables were built for this work due to the building’s unique design. The operating restaurant was demolished and became the east parking garage, arcade, main circular drive, and west parking garage.
