Yates Construction provided general construction services for the Beach Club Cottages project. This project consists of 27 custom single family homes on the Beach Club Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  Each unit has a parking trellis in front with concrete columns and custom beams as well as a custom entrance trellis to the front of the structure.  Amenities for this project include a man-made lake, travertine flooring, granite countertops, enclosed pools and spas, and a stainless grill area with refrigerator.
