Yates Construction provided construction services for the Concourse Office Buildings project in Ridgeland, MS. The 200 and 400 Concourse Buildings are a multiple-building project whose construction spanned four years. The exterior of the buildings are dressed with architectural pre-cast concrete and glass window walls that allow natural light to illuminate each room. The exterior entrances feature granite-clad precast concrete and copper roofs. The entrance lobbies are furnished with marble floors, cloth and vinyl wall coverings, and wood paneled walls. The interior office areas feature eight-foot solid wood doors, maple millwork, and many other high-end finishes. Buildings are situated on a 6.5-acre site with underground irrigation and extensive accent landscaping. Steps and walkways are paved with hangover pavers and accented with indirect lighting to further enhance the buildings after dusk.
