Yates Construction provided construction services for the Dancing Rabbit Golf Course & Club House. This project includes two 18-hole golf courses, the Oaks and the Azaleas, and supporting facilities designed by Tom Fazio of Fazio Golf Course Designers, Incorporated. These courses embrace the gently rolling hills and valleys indigenous to the area and feature two miles of spring-fed creeks and streams, lush Bermuda and Zoysia fairways, and Bentgrass greens. The supporting facilities include eight lavish club house guest rooms with king-size beds and whirlpools, and eight guest rooms that overlook the golf facility and offer access to the second floor veranda. The Club House also includes a pro shop, a casual dining restaurant with a full service bar, and a spectacular view of the 18th green, and men’s and women’s locker rooms.
