Yates Construction provided construction services for Viscayne. Located in the heart of downtown Miami, this facility consists of two 53-story towers surrounded by an eight-story podium. The towers contain 849 luxurious units including flats, lofts, apartments, and penthouses. Amenities include a 100,000 SF pool deck, a six-level parking deck with 65,000 SF of ground-level retail space, and a four-story health center.
