Yates Construction provided construction services for the lobby renovations of the Four Seasons Resort in Las Colinas, Texas. This property sits on 400 rolling acres in North Texas, near downtown Dallas. The renovation includes an expanded lobby, updated contemporary furnishings, and high-end finishes, as well as upgrades to all lighting and the addition of dimming features and chandeliers. New nickel-plated ornamental hand railings and glass guard rails line the lobby’s staircases. All wall surfaces were painted or updated with new wall coverings, and further updates were made to storefront facades in the hotel’s retail corridor.
