Yates Construction provided construction services for the IP Casino Resort and Spa Expansion project. This five phase project included a nonsmoking slot machine gaming area, expansion to the existing central plant, renovation to the entrance to the existing Back Bay Buffet, a 26,000 SF casino gaming area, and a 5,000 SF Asian-themed restaurant. Chiller plant equipment was installed, and includes a new generator, chiller, cooling tower, and raised steel floor structure to accommodate the new live loads. The Asian restaurant displays an entry fog screen, projection mood wall, Shabu tables, and Teppanyaki tables overlooking the Biloxi Bay.
