Yates Construction provided construction services for the Isle of Capri at Pompano Park. This 157,000 SF facility included a state-of-the-art “racino” (racetrack-casino) that features live harness racing, poker, and simulcasting. The project brings new slots, poker tables, and restaurants to the existing 5/8 mile harness racing track. New restaurants and viewing areas create a contemporary aspect to the tropical island theme portrayed by the Isle of Capri Casinos. The site is designed to accommodate future master planned development on 220 acres to include other entertainment venues as well as residential and commercial uses.
