Yates Construction provided design-build services for the new 155,000 SF, five-story federal courthouse. The project consolidates court operations out of leased space into a secure, high-performing, federally-owned campus that includes courtrooms, detention areas, and office space for clerks and marshals. The project also includes renovations to the 85-year old John A. Campbell U.S. Courthouse.
