Yates Construction provided construction services for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Parking Garage in Tampa, Florida. The project features a seven-story, 1,200-space parking deck built using a composite construction of pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete with caisson foundations. The deck includes a bus lobby/terminal area and Yates completed two levels two months ahead of schedule to allow for early occupancy by the owner during the holidays.
