Yates Construction provided construction services for Turquoise Place Condominiums, a multi-phase project located on nearly fourteen acres in Orange Beach, Alabama. The project included the construction of two towers, 24 and 32 stories, respectively, with 400 residential units encased in shimmering “turquoise” glass. The units, ranging from 2,400 to 5,900 SF, feature high-end finishes, such as ten-foot ceilings, tile and hardwood floors, and three-centimeter granite countertops. Property amenities include a lazy river, large indoor pool, two whirlpool tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness area, tennis courts, and covered parking in a four story parking garage. A 90-foot wide walkway provides an access corridor to the beach.
