Yates Construction provided construction services for the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Century Park in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The facility includes four four-story residential buildings, a one-story learning center, physical plant facility and a University Police kiosk. The buildings have a masonry and precast concrete exterior with structural steel beams. This project is currently registered with the certification goal of LEED Silver. It is the first LEED project on the USM campus.
