Yates Construction Breaks Ground on Society Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee – Today, Yates Construction broke ground on Society Nashville. Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and designed by Baker Barrios, the mixed-use property is located at 915 Division Street within the Gulch and will feature traditional and co-living spaces.
The 17-story residential tower will feature 502 residential units, a parking garage, and 82,000 SF of retail space. The property’s amenity areas include a pool, fitness area, coworking area, and sky deck area.
