Yates Construction Breaks Ground on the Oak Grove Racing and Gaming Project
We joined Churchill Downs and Keeneland to break ground on the Oak Grove Racing and Gaming project. The first phase of the project will include a harness race course, an overnight stable facility, and a race-day paddock stable facility. The second phase will consist of a 128-room hotel, a 1,200-person grandstand, a 3,000-person amphitheater, a gaming center with the racing machines, and an equestrian center with indoor and outdoor arenas.
