Yates Construction Celebrates the Completion of the UCS Hood County Office Expansion
March 17, 2015 – Yates Construction marked the completion of the United Cooperative Services Hood County Office Expansion with a grand opening ceremony.
Yates Construction provided preconstruction and construction management services to the 20,000 SF project. In addition to an expansion of office and meeting space, the project included selective demolition of the existing structure and complete upgrade of finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing to the existing facility. This project was completed in several phases to allow for the continued operation of the facility during construction, utilized BIM technology, and is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
