Yates Construction Receives the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors 2014 Workforce Development Award of Excellence
Jackson, Mississippi, December 19, 2014 – Yates Construction is honored to receive the Mississippi Associated Builders & Contractors 2014 Workforce Development Award of Excellence! This is the fifth consecutive year Yates Construction has received this award and was selected based on our commitment to continual training of our employees; partnering with local high schools and community colleges; and incorporating employee-specific training in an overall strategic plan, professional certifications at all levels of the company, and directed apprenticeship programs through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Yates Construction was presented an award and recognized at the Merit Awards Banquet held on November 7, 2014.
